frank zappa fans?

do we have any frank zappa fans (besides susan and me) in the audience?

i mean, aside from the pedestrian "yellow snow" jokes, and frank eating doo-doo stories.

i suspect our european folks would be well represented in such a poll.

I have a lot of his stuff on cd and vinyl. He was a genius. His talents go far and above yellow snow and Joe's garage.
Very sad when he passed. I was hoping for a tribute collection of unreleased works to come out.

never a 'big fan', but can claim to have couple of vintage vinyl albums.

I occasionally go back to Arlo guthrie for some satire humour, "Alice's Restaurant" is one for the ages...

yeah, grand wazoo and chunga's revenge are among my favorites...wait, they're pretty much ALL my favorites!

i figured i had better be a little more careful about listening to FZ when my baby girl started singing "Broken Hearts Are For A**holes". she especially like the "rennennenneraa" part...

speaking of arlo guthrie, i taught my kids the pickle song when they were little, and now they're teaching it to their kids! pretty funny.
