Forced Induction Explained (excellent resource)

It's not to bad....but not to good either. The basics seem to be there. It sounds like about every other turbo vs. supercharger thread on every message board (including this one). There is a LOT of misinformation. The first poster whos signature says 'I Am Always Right' is absolutely wrong about the blow-off valve again. It's not bad for basic info, but when you simply describe a device wrong....it's bad news. A few posts down someone called him out..but nobody did anything about it.

Lines like this: "Intercoolers aren't absolutely necessary for turbos with 7 psi or less. " Where do they get this info from? He says it like it's a physics law. Of course, by the end of the thread there's already a few people bickering. About who's right and who's wrong. If you are interested in forced induction, get a published book! The internet can be a wealth of bogus information.

Why don't you just look here

http://www.nsxprime.com/cgi-bin/ubb/for umdisplay.cgi?action=topics&forum=Forced+Induction+and+Nitrous&number=22&DaysPrune=30&LastLogin=

You'll find quality info & most of it specific to NSX

Sorry, I wasn't aware there was so much misinformation floating around in that post. As a relatively ignorant person when it comes to FI it was nice to see everything spelled out in front of me such as on the IS300 board, but your right, there is no substitute for the wealth of information we have on NSX Prime. =)
