The switch you are referring to on some cars is actually the pop-up switch for the headlight unit on the earlier cars. This switch just pops up the light units for washing them without lighting up. The true fog light switch is on the centre console behind the gear shift. This is the square "tray" area on US cars? On UK cars, like mine, and Euro cars etc there are four switches there. They are front and rear fogs, headlight washers and headlight level adjusters... The switches can be sourced from Honda UK, the P/N is 35180-SL0-003 in the UK. Sometimes P/N's are different from country to country. They are quite pricey. I think SoS sells them? In the earlier car the pop-up and dimmer switch is a combined unit whereas in the later car such as yours, the unit is similar but minus the pop-up switch. You could just get hold of the earlier unit and fit that then make-up your own wiring to the pop-up switch section for the fog lights if you want the switch in that position....the combined dimmer and pop-up switch unit is P/n 35151-SL0-A02 in the UK.
