Hi guys,

Im actually from the Texas section of prime but I have a question for you guys.I just got the title for my NSX that I bought recently. The problem is im not sure if its supposed to look the way it does.I have a total of 3 owners names on here.I numbered the pic so I can explain it easier.

1.Financial Institute
2.Car dealer
3.Individual buyer
4.Blank

Is this simply a reallyyy bad case of people not transfering the title into their name.Or is this how the titles are used in Florida? Because here in Texas once a new owner transfers the title you just plain get issued a new one rather than using the same one over and over just moving down the rows.

Along with the title I have a print out of the #2 car dealer selling the car on ebay to the #3.I also have the bill of sale they gave him.

Moving on the the #3,I have the bill of sale to the guy that I actually bought it from. His name isnt on the title at all since he was just in it for the resale purpose. Then last of course I have a bill of sale from him to me.

Am I just kinda screwed right now? Or am I supposed to put my name in the #4 spot and file for a Texas title now?

Im pretty lost at the moment.I just wanna get all these papers sorted.Any help is appreciated.Thanks.

Much thanks to Neal on here for explaining it to me via phone.Apparently in Florida titles get reassignments on the same title for so many times before a new one is printed out.Time to take it to the Texas courthouse, pay my fees and get my new Texas title.
