I wanted to try out my new Flex DA, Chemicalguys pads, and CG products on my buddy's scratched up spare 350z fender as a test run and here are the results.

Steps followed:

Wash
Isopropyl alcohol rubdown
Claybar
Use Pad 1 w/ Heavy Cut Compound
Use Pad 2 w/ CG Scratch n Swirl B-Gone + Polish
Use Pad 3 w/ CG Jetseal 109 Paint Sealant
Use Pad 4 w/ NXT 2.0 Techwax

Pretty incredible, it removed most of the swirls and even greatly reduced the deep scratches so I can't wait to tackle the NSX's paint with it. It'll be pretty satisfying to make the car that beautiful again

Nice work. Were you saving the good wax for your car? :)

LOL, I actually kind of like the NXT 2.0 for black cars, makes the paint clear and POP like , a good eek.

What wax do you like? I may give another chemicalguys product a shot and see if I can tell a difference in looks and longevity. Hopefully I can't bc the NXT is going to be cheaper and readily available

Although I guess the argument could be made that I did take the plunge investing in the Flex and the CG products so why stop at the wax huh?

I like their 5050 wax and it seems to outlast NXT 2.0 and it has a deeper shine. Goes on and comes off easier too! There are a lot of good cheap waxes with crazy longevity like Final Finish. Like Zaino, the shine isn't as deep as you get with a carnauba but it lasts a long time.

I second the 5050. I use a Jetseal 109 + 5050 treatment on my Berlina Black and the results are amazing. I maintain it with Meguiars detail spray and the finish lasts the entire summer (though I only drive my car on the weekends). I might do a maintenence coat of 5050 in mid-July, but that's about it.
