Is there anything i need to know?

I'm assuming it's a easy job, just need to get the alignment right.

I'm assuming the catch comes off the old and fits on to the new.

What about washer jets? what have you done? moved the old jets over?

Or has anyone come up with any tricks for relocating the washer jets?

I don't really want washer jets on my new carbon bonnet. Someone must have came up with a way to relocate them.

My hood, a VIS unit, did not come with the washer jet holes cut to the right size and they had to be filed slightly to get them to fit. It also was not drilled to accept the washer hoses. I had to measure the holes on the underside of the OEM hood to drill those in the proper place.

I've fitted this now.

It needs to go in to a body shop as the gap is slightly bigger one side than the other, but... it's only very slight i have done all i can to adjust it, next step would be getting it aligned proffesionally.

I have made the holes slightly bigger for the washer jets and they fit spot on :D

I also had to open up the hole for the bonnet stay a fair amount for it to fit, now sits in there nicely.

I decided to route the washer pipes that feed the jets within the hood as it's a dual layer design, drilled one hole near the bracket then routed the pipes between the two layers of the bonnet. they are truley hidden :D

I was reading up that a guy on here done a nice stealth wiper mod, that would go nicely with the bonnet.
