Had to drive from my home (NY/Ct. border) to Lebanon N.J (about 80 miles away) Took the top off (it was about 70 degrees/sunny) and hit the road. Yeah, lots of "ricers" trying to engage me, lots of people with the thumbs up, pulling along side of me (not riding the rear) to get a better look. Got down to my friends house (he was having a 50th birthday party) in record time, parked in his driveway as I was one of the first to arrive. There were about 60 people in attendance, and everyone had to get a look. When I spoke to my friend last night after I got home, he thanked me for bringing all of the excitement. The only downside of the whole day was that I had to take his brother-in-law with me both ways (my wife had to work) and I kind of kept my speed around 80-85 so as not to upset him. Everyone at the party (we were all outdoors as the weather was so perfect) was aghast, they had never seen "one of those" close up. They didn't know what it was, but they loved it. One of the guys is a BMW sales person, he knew what it was, and loved it. The car was spotless when I got down there, I think I'll have to wash and re-wax it to remove all of the fingerprints!!! I have to admit, it did look great-
