I am just back from my 1st track day after the Dali 1'' track anti-sway bars install. For the time, i was using the stock sways with slick tires, Type R chassis bars and Tein Flex on a lightened car.

My fear using so stiff bars (especially rears) was getting a to much slippy and/or "nervous" ride. I choosed to beginn with the rear bar on the softest setting and the front middle, front dampers 75% stiff, rears full soft. I am very satisfied with this setting for this first day. With a wet track first, sure the ride was more nervous, especially in (tail-)braking and I would not recommend these bars as a good setting on a wet track or with less sticky street tires. After some laps, tack becomming dry, I got confident and realised how equilibrated the ride was. Finally these bars gave me a good amount of stability and grip when flooring it at the end of the turns without oversteering (where with the stock one, I would have "drift").
