Finally-Vancouver gets a real race track

Well, I'm not sure if anybody is aware of it yet but when I was at the local bike show I saw a booth for the new track already in construction. It will be in Merrit which is about a 2 hour drive from Vancouver (less rain there)and may be completed by years end. There will be a 3 point oval and roadcourse which can be linked together or seperate. In addition a convention center/hotel/cart track are also being built. This is great news for us in BC who haven't had a real race track since westwood had housing construction. From the looks of things it seems to be top notch with sand traps, grass runoff fields and some really good elevation changes. Even a laguna seca type of corkscrew. Indications are good and well it's been long awaited. I can't wait to take my NSX and Ducati !!!!

I'm very glad to hear that we finally get a real race track in Vancouver (since I've never been to one

) I would also love to bring my NSX there and have some fun once it's done! BTW, Have you gotten you wheels yet!? My friend told me he saw a silver NSX with WW boydkit driving on 49th few weeks ago, was that you?

Hey Buddy,
Nice to hear from you, about the rims, they are shipping by air freight tomorrow so I may have them on the car by weeks end. Once I get them on I'll take a few pics and post them in the gallery.
