finally had my seats redone

I've never been a big fan of leather seats (especially in the summer) so I finally had my seats redone in tweed and alcantara

I also had the inserts in the door redone to kind of tie everything together

You guys with the factory black interiors are so lucky. You can recover the seats and add some door panel inserts and your cars look great.

Us poor folks with ivory have to recover the headliner, door panels, seats, dash and then replace the carpet and paint or replace all of the plastic parts.

Or i guess we can just recover our seats in ivory again.:frown:

Tempting but i've already bought the black nsx-r carpet kit. Maybe a black and ivory mix might be okay? How close is the color match you have vroom? I don't want to thread jack (more than i have already) but if you have pics next to the factory ivory color them email them to me. I might be willing to try it.:biggrin:

I believe it's the OEM pieces, which now that I think about it I don't think the OEM backs are leather

Yeah i believe they are vinyl. Thanks for the info, your car has given me some ideas. I live in TX and also don't like the idea of black leather in the heat here. Plus real leather on the bolsters just doesn't look good for very long.
