These had always been my dream wheels, opportunity came up a few days ago, I simply could not pass it up, some compromise had to be made due to the S2000 offset, fortunately my calculations were correct and these works.

Volk Racing LE28N, the special color for CE28N.

17X7.5 Front 12.4 lbs
17X9 rear 12.9 lbs

The weight of the wheel is actually stamped onto the wheel itself in kg. When the tire mechanic (Chris at Firestone) dismounted my stock rear wheels and tires, he said wow! these are light. Then he went on to picked up the LE28N, his impression was  almost over lifted. Everyone else in the shop was laughing.

Quick pics at Firestone immediately after I had them mounted:

Thanks Erick,
You help me a lot, sorry for calling you every other half hour with questions.

The Wheel Warehouse has the Center Cap for GT-7 (bottom right) instock. I tried those on, but I didn't like them. The entire process took almost entire day,

I would love to get the LE version (bottom left), but the shops I visited today don't have them instock right now, tried Superautobac, Wheel Warehouse:

Your car looks super clean with those wheels. Congrats!

Just a reminder, when you get the LE caps, make sure that you remove them carefully. The clear acrylic cracks easily. America's tire cracked 2 of them when they removed them by pushing it out with a screw driver when they balanced the tires. Although they pay for the replacement, I still had to wait for a long time for them.

Mr. Ted, I was given your name as someone who does work on the NSX's, are you that Mr. Ted and if so we need to talk. Just purchased a low mileage approx. 2k mi. per year, currently after 15 years it has 34K miles on it. Looking for someone to check out the vehicle for me. BTW your car looks nice, the wheels add a sense of mystery and don't take away from the beauty of the car, I will, after I make sure the car is truly ready for the road be looking into making a switch from the wheels which came with the car. They are a bit too flashy for my taste. Let me know if your that Mr. Ted and how I can get in contact with you.

Thanks, nsxrider (Mike)

looking good... white/black always a clean combo...

I saw you yesterday on Beach/Bolsa, gave you a thumbs up! I was the guy on the black Honda VFR800. Looks good man!
I remember you:biggrin:  I gave you a thumbs up as well. You probably didn't noticed it due to heavy traffic.
