FI asap

I plan to do FI asap on my 3.0 91'. My 1st choice is CTSC but can't seem to locate one. I really only want about a 50hp gain and still use oem ems. What are my choices , SC, Turbo, ? Price does have some influence. I am aware that CT has changed hands and has not had their system available, but I've heard they are now available . Can I get CT now? I really don't want to wait too long for CT but really like the compatability with all the OEM stuff not to mention the reliability .
