Imagine this...

Dominic is arrested at the end of the movie...

While in the prison bus to....... the prison....

Her hot little sister Mia in a Black NSX-R (Well, it's wannabe R) stormed down the highway, leading a pack of cars... a black R35 GTR, Gray C6ZR1, and a Blue Dodge Charger to rescue her bro... Well, leading... open for interpretation... The part where my NSX leads the pack!

Movie ends... There... Credits... "Coming soon".... FF5!!!

Yes, Mia and I had an intimate moment by share my Type R seat cusion...lol:biggrin:    She's pertty damn hot!!!

Therefore, there is a NSX represented in the movie, driven by the good guys, or I should say... a hot chick... Maybe we'll see a surge in NSX value like the Supera after the first movie. And it is not used as a back ground car, an actual car in action.

I am a little worry about if they need my car for FF5. They do take a lot of time and don't like to pay...

Universal Originally wanted a white NSX-R clone, but after the initial filming, they couldn't use the footage because the film had video noise they couldn't clean out. Therefore, they contacted me through a guy name Tim, who is a friend of a local NSXer. First initial impression of my car was... The white Type R wheels has to go just to be safe, no more video noise surprises, so a local NSXer brought over his Volks Gun metal finish wheels for the shoot. So far, ever thing is on schedule. The second reason for using my car is due to the Interior of my car, which is pertty close to the real deal.

While at it, I had a chance to play with a R35, which was pertty cool. I can't really disclose the detail on that adventure due to the confidentially issue; perhaps a little later.

They are shooting the scenes with all the cars first, so they can move on and shoot the character stuff later without have to worry about the cars. They want to wrap up the shoot by September so they can have the movie ready for early 2009.

Do you have a link to share?

Like all spoilers, it has to come from some where. And this one... I'm the original source!!!

Yeah, I was reading about FF4 a while ago. Didn't realize an NSX was finally gonna be properly represented. I also read about FF5 being planned as well.

congrats Vance. Whats with the big Seibon sticker?

I aint gonna call BS but when reading it I thought it was you daydreaming:rolleyes:

anyways there is already footage of FF4 on youtube...and none of the formentioned cars are in that scene.

The movie will probably be about 2 hours long and all the cars you seen in the spy photos are for only one or two scenes.

There was a cattle call for cars about two months ago; they selected some cars as back ground vehicles that are all decked out. They didn't pick my car during the cattle call, in fact, they didn't even look at my car because it was "stock" looking. There is a wide body blue NSX used in the scene your talking about. I believe it was some kind of Funeral scene for Ms. Rodriguez, because the original script called for her death, killed by drug traffickers. I know however, there is a change of plan because she finally signed up to be in the movie after the production have started, so they might either delete that scene or use it for some thing else. If you understand the movie business, things change all the time.

If you look at this scene my car is in (The flyer), they're basically all stock. I ask the guy in charge why my car, he basically said the fan base of the movie is almost all JDM kids, the reason they're using a Dodge charge is because Vin Diesel is a muscle car guy and he want those cars in the movie as part of the agreement to be in the movie. There was also a hint that since Jordana Brewster will be driving my car briefly, they feel more comfortable to put her in a NSX instead of ZR1 or GTR. The GTRs they got is not own by any body in the US, but on loan from Japan. They have two of them, black and white. The flyer is used to arrange the cars used in each sequence.

Regardless, they are only using my car for two days of movie shoot. One is to show Mia getting in and out of the car (to tell the audience that it is her car), and the other one will be the "prison break" scene.

When I agreed to let them use my car, they guarante me important screen time, not just a back ground vehicle.

The going rate is this, if the vehicle is used only as a back ground car, they pay $150 per day.

If the car is driven by the main characters and will be use through out the movie, the rate is $500 per day.

I got $400 per day.

They will return my car next week so I'll have some more idea how the filming went.

One other spoiler is: Some where in the movie, there will be some green BMW M5s getting beat up. I saw those cars after the filming and they were basically totaled. The M5 aren't the real M5s, but made to look like M5 built from couple basic 5 series.

Imagine if they had to wreck "your" car. Wonder what they would use to actually wreck, salvaged NSX's? "regular" nsx? Bodykit on some other car? CGI?

As stupid as these movies are. Saw at theatre and bought dvds. I will go see it.....thks for posting...

Under major action sequences, they will actually buy a beater and built it from scratch. For example, the pink S2000 they used in the second movie, they built I believe 6 S2ks for the shoot. They also built multiple Supras for the first movie. The garage I drop my car off in Sun Valley (North of Burbank) is huge, and they have at least 50 cars in there. It is also a full on body shop in case they need to built cars for certain movies. It was amazing to see those Bmer 5 series gets destroyed.

That is why I'm curious if the closing scene of the movie will carry over to the next movie, which means they will probably have to go out and get a NSX and built from scratch if they want to destroy it. However, if the risk is minor, they will use leased cars. They wrote me an insurance policy for $100k while holding on to my car, which is in a way, comforting.

I actually like the fact that they finally decided to use a NSX since it is a much nicer cars than a Supra, EVO, or pre R35 cars. I guess it has been seven years and the boy racers all grew up and can afford some nicer cars....lol

Check this out!!! It is one of the two GTRs at the Universal Studio Garage
