I can't be sure, but it looks like there was a police car in one of the right lanes. Maye the Ferrari driver was holding back?

Maybe it was enough to fool the Ferrari driver too, LOL. I don't know where the clip was shot, but around here there are police cruisers with lights on the front bumper rather than on top...
