No Viagra jokes please...Seriously, sometimes my 93's horn doesn't wk. Sometimes it does. I have not owned the car long enough ( or driven it that often ) to be able to describe any kind of regular frequency of horn problems. I'm assuming it must be some kind of electrical contact point, but where should I start looking ? Please don't tell me I need to take the steering wheel apart.

I would start at the horn area itself -
not familiar with it on the NSX but typically under the front bumper.

either the horn itself is bad or maybe wiring issue under there...
But still could potentially be at the steering wheel.... sorry

Why don't you open her hood, pinch her relay button and wigggle it!!! More than likely, the wiggle and pinch will definitely turn her on. :D If that doesn't work, you can take it up a notch!!! Pull her relay, blow it hard, and push it back in.....

The stock "early '90s Honda" horn is one thing I don't like about my NSX. So I've aquired a set of horns from an '03 Accord (which sound MUCH better), and will be mounting them sometime next week. Best part is, they're cheap too, with a retail price of $19.99 CDN from the dealership.
