Feb 16/2008 Ryan update...off base and out at bar...

I took at chance and gave Ryan a call last nite.
He was fast on the draw and picked up the phone before the second ring.
I think he thought it was the cute blonde on his left knee talking to him.
The music was loud and his words where slur'd so,
I can guess he was having a good time.
He said it was his first time off the base in 6 weeks.
I guess he is still sleeping, cause he said he would post today.
Perhaps in the slammer....

I was havin' a good time, and I do have a cute blonde Air Force g/f out here now... haha, Trev, I was pretty slammed...

"Yes, finally civilization. I'm in Barrie at an Internet Cafe and figured I'd drop by...

First off, I'm havin' a ball around here. I slept in till 11 am today and that was like heaven.

My daily routine consists of either a 4:45 or 5:30 wakeup, and lights out at 11:00 pm. Right now, we're starting our weapons training, (yes, they actually gave me an automatic weapon)

No regrets so far, it's hard work and all that, but the food's good, company's good, and I even snagged a g/f out here in my platoon, so life's good.

Don't know what else to tell you guys, aside from that. Hopefully y'all are havin' a good winter, even without me, haha... "
