I'm planning on signing up for NSXPO 2016 as soon as signup is available. This will be my eighth one. It seems like they all are interesting, but I have my favorites as I'm sure most others do too.
My first was NSXPO2007, which for me was the BEST TRACK DAYS, of all the ones I've done.
I then missed going for two years so my second one was LasVegas, in 2010. I thought the hotel there was the BEST VENUE. I skipped the track days because of rear tire issues and a right side window that suddenly quit working.
NSXPO2011 was largely forgettable except I thought the BANQUET DINER WAS BEST for me because of the people I shared a table with. I didn't sign up for track days that year.
NSXPO 2012 in Denver had the BEST SCENIC DRIVE of all the ones I've been on. My track days there were marred by my instructor taking my car and I, for an off track jaunt during an instructional lap.
NSXPO 2013 was in Raleigh NC, and I enjoyed it a lot. I regretted not doing track days that year at VIR.
NSXPO 2014 was in Columbus OH, and it was my OVERALL FAVORITE. The Honda factory tour, and NSX NIGHT in down town Marysville OH were couple of my best memories. The three morning track events at Mid Ohio were somewhat marred by wet conditions two of the three days, but it was a good learning experience.
The 2015 NSXPO in Palm Springs CA got the nod for being the HOTTEST, temperatures were in the upper nineties. The scenic drive turned out to be special for me, as I didn't go with the group, but I did it a couple hours later and spotted the new NSX with Ted Klaus at the wheel. I got to follow him for short ways before he passed some slower traffic and I lost him.
So I'm looking forward to NSXPO 2016 in Orlando and I'm hoping to see many old friends and maybe make some new ones. Howard

I've been to two; NSXPO 2013 & 14. I would have gone last year but opted for NSX Fiesta in Japan instead. But, Ohio was my favorite NSXPO even though my car got dinged at Mid-Ohio. The 135 mph parade lap on Honda's 7.5 mile high speed oval was a once in a lifetime experience and the Marysville NSX Festivus was just amazing. I'm going to NSXPO 2016 and hoping it tops all the rest.

I've been to 14 out of the last 15 (missing only 2014 to get married........) but will need time to post up all my long winded memories........

Hey, is that blue NSX in front of you from Virginia?

My favorite NSXPO has to be 2007 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and held in Columbus, OH. The track days, as Howard stated, were incredible!

I believe it is from Va. I've forgotten his name though. We've had some FaceBook conversation a long time ago. Mid-Ohio wasn't too kind to me because it was wet. That said, I like the track and want to drive it in the dry sometime. I'm looking forward to Sebring in Nov. Are you and Cindy going?

We've been to three so far;

Toronto 2009
Vegas 2010
Raleigh 2013

All have generated so many special memories for us, so it's like asking us to pick a favorite child ;^D

Brian (& Judi)

Having only gone to one (2014), that's my favorite. Unsure whether my favorite memory was the near-90 mph police led jaunt down ruler-straight country roads from TRC to downtown Marysville, being parked next to Fred (FF Drifter) during prep for the concours and meeting and bs'ing with owners, or cruising around town one night looking for the elusive supposed midnight cars and coffee near a Home Depot with Miled behind the wheel of my NSX and bs'ing in between hearing stories about past XPOs and NSX Fiestas.

The 135 mph parade lap on Honda's 7.5 mile high speed oval was a once in a lifetime experience and the Marysville NSX Festivus was just amazing.

Biggest regret was not having the foresight to get into the last group on the "Keep it under 60mph" parade lap. Funniest memory was checking in on my car at the Marysville Festivus and chatting with an owner of NSX parked near me while his young song crawled around the interior, only to realize this John Deere hat and faded blue jeans suspenders-wearing person was not an owner. (I guided him out of the car and warned every owner I ran into that night to close their windows and lockup!)

I have attended four:
Las Vegas 2010
Denver 2012: Drove 20 hours there and 20 hours back
Raleigh 2013
Palm Springs 2015 Drove 28 hours there and 28 hours back

Highlights for me are the NSXPO's I actually had my car at. HPDE are always the best. Tough to beat Palm Springs last year

I had a good run from 01-12....track events are always memorable....like making my wife hurl at RA.....in texas we even did a TA format for bragging rights...

I've driven to five:

Laguna Seca 1999
Phoenix 2005
Las Vegas 2010
Raleigh 2013 - an 8000 mile round trip
Palm Springs 2015

Enjoyed them all but meeting Ted Klaus in Raleigh was the highlight.

I've driven / been to four:

Sonoma, CA 2003
Phoenix, CA 2005
Las Vegas, CA 2010
Palm Springs, CA 2015

Hard to say which is my favorite. 2003 was probably most memorable since it was not only my first, but also the first time I ever drove on a track / participated in a HPDE. Plus the road trip back (along the CA Central Coast) was fantastic. At 9 days, it is still the longest (duration) road trip my wife and I have taken in my NSX!

That said, all have had unique things to offer both during and surrounding the event...

Never been to one. I was going to go to the one in Denver, but had to deploy the same period. If one is close enough (12 hour range)and someone I know goes, I will go.

My favorite and first will be the future Sonoma nsxpo as I live 20 minutes from the track!

Hi Warren; I thought winning a ride in the new NSX with Ted Klaus would top your list. I hope to see you again in Orlando. Howard

You can tell which NSXPOs I attended. Mine is the NSX in the pictures.

Seriously, the few NSXPOs I've attended were the most fun I've had because of a car. And the friendships made there are priceless. So, anyone on the fence about going to your first one, should really consider going to one. You'll learn more about your car and get to experience your car in a way that you've never imagined. I also recommend registering for the HPDE track day. You will learn what your car was designed to do but, at your own pace and experience level in a safe supervised environment of a track rather than a target filled highway that the majority of us drive.

Orlando is out. it is too late in the year (nov.) for me to drive home safely. and I found that NSXPOs without my car are not near as enjoyable.
