fasteners for exhaust adapters?

Hi all,

Simple question but a quick search didn't really get me the answer I was looking for...

I recently purchased a used AP-X exhaust from 996garage (great seller, btw), and picked up some exhaust adapters from Dali. I have some permatex gasket maker for sealing the exhaust adapters to the exhaust, but didn't recieve any of the hardware to actually mount the adapters.

I figure I can probably just pick this up at the local hardware store or auto shop, but I was wondering if there's a specific length/thickness/etc to be looking for.

Is it just a nut, crush washer, and bolt?

Hoping to get this installed tomorrow morning so ordering online would be a last resort - the dealership is definitely an option if there's part numbers, though.

Thanks in advance!

Put the 2 pieces you need together, add the thickness of the washer and nut and then add 1/4". Buy stainless. Get the pozi-lock style nuts. Home Depot should have everything you need.

What year is your car and what adapters do you have? Maybe post pics of what you have so we can point you in the right direction.

Hi guys,

I ended up going to home depot and picked up the necessary fasteners. Install went smoothly except that the exhaust adapter i'd picked up for my 02 had a fitment issue with one of the spring loaded screws for the cat. after a lot of coaxing, i was finally able to get it sorted, though. thanks for the help!
