Factory Stereo buttons

The RIGHT side of my factory-audio unit buttons
lost its touch, it almost feels as if you're pressing on
a non-button surface. The buttons are the 3, 4,
and 7,8th button i believe. I was wondering if theres
a way to lubbricate(?) or to replacec the buttons only
without having to repair the entire stereo.

I don't think so. Not easily at least. The easiest way is to just buy one used like I did. Should cost you between 150-250 depending on condition.

erzcars has one right now, and I think there maybe one in the marketplace forum.
