Is there a way to still use the factory keyless entry once you remove the factory radio? I hear that all Honda cars with factory keyless entry will disable once the factory radio is unhooked.

On the NSX, yes, the OEM keyless entry is an entirely separate system from the radio. My OEM keyless entry works just fine without the OEM stereo.
However, on some newer Honda cars like the late 90s Civic (I think they changed back in 2000) the keyless entry did route through the radio and thus you would loose the OEm keyless entry function if you removed the radio. You either had to rewire or just hide the OEM deck somewhere up in the dash.
