It's a Euro-spec hillclimb race. There are a few vids floating around and they are all pretty cool.

HOLY CRAP!! For some reason that looked WAY more scary than normal racing. The drivers of those cars are an amazing combination of skill and being crazy!! Those roads must be rather smooth though, because they could never do than on the roads we have around here.
