'91 with stock exhaust (original muffler)...Lately I've noticed a drone at low rpm's or when I'm off throttle...I can also duplicate the drone at rest and revving in the low rpm range. Otherwise, the sound is fine when getting on it....Is my muffler on its way out?....Thanks.

Yes, that sounds like the muffler is starting to go. I cant remember if the stock NSX muffler is Stainless or not, but if its not, it'll die eventually. If you want a stock exhaust I can sell you my old one for cheap.
