What exhaust is that? the sound from :10 to :14 raises the hairs on the back of my neck.

This exhaust sounds very similar to the Taitec JGTC without any cats, and with headers. I heard a sound clip from Eddy Lin's car and it sounded like this IMO.

To answer the original question:

Misfire most likely. Too much unburned fuel in the eshaust system. I do not know what mods you have, but fuel mixture too lean or rich can do this. Or you may have a bad plug/coil/ignitor unit, etc.

Any engine check light??
