I was just quoted $2500 plus tax to install a comptech exhaust system and cold air induction box. Is this a fair price. Also how much HP will I pick up. Oh I have a yellow 97 completely stock

that seems like full retail, your nsxca membership should get you 10% off that price. you will like the sound as much as any hp gain. I have both (plus the headers) and love the setup. The only exhaust I have heard that I like as much as mine is kenji's taitec.
