Ever sell something, then have the buyer trys to reverse payment in Paypal

Ever sell an item to a Prime Member, get the payment thru paypal, ship off the item, only to have the Prime Member contact Paypal claiming "Suspect Fraud"? Now the funds are frozen waiting for paypal to "investigate". I've tried contacting the member and no answer here on Prime or thru his email.

Unfortunately my paypal account is locked until this issue is resolved. Can't move any $$$$.

It appears to be a big misunderstanding. I'm glad it was.

sorry bro, my bad, I sent you the payment before I left for Maui. I moved last month and had all my personal accounts changed, but forgot Paypal.

I sent you the payment, and it went, so I thought it was cleared. not knowing it came back, but I never requested it back.

just a mess. Since I was in Maui, I couldn't get your ALERT of the problem.

I sent you the payment but this time cert check via online bill pay from my checking account.
