Are there any other differences between Japanese and UK NSX type-r?

I noticed the European Type R does not have painted white headlights, instead it is silver is like other 02+ nsxes.

Japanese Type-R's can also be ordered without the white headlights.

I thought NSX R was never "officially" exported outside of JDM market. All UK Type R are grey market cars.

AFAIK there is no UK spec Type-R
