I'm in Ottawa, so I figured taking advantage of the NSXCC discount there might be somewhat difficult. I got a quote on an OEM air filter, and was told $19.95 and with club discount, $15.96. Does this sound right?? Dali has them for $45. Peoria Acura has them for $34.37 (after discount). I asked for confirmation and got it, part #17220-PR7-A00 for $15.96.

But then on the next items I asked about (trunk struts and associated ball studs) the price was $78.50 EACH for the struts and $16.97 EACH for the ball studs! Compare with Peoria at $30.32 and $9.83, respectively.

I've only dealt with Erin Mills a couple times, prices at Fairway Acura in Kitchener were sometimes cheaper? Not sure how they determine their pricing but sometimes shopping around to find the best deal is the way to go.

I'm in need of similar parts... I picked up a reusable Uni-Foam Filter from SOS $54 comes with oil USD. I know they are a bit more than the OEM but they include the ball studs. I've seen them up close the ones from SOS are pretty looking etched SOS on the sides, they open further and the Hatch goes for $90 USD, and Trunk Lid $90 respectively. Plus they shipped USPS and rate wasn't bad either.
