I can see the funny side of this, but on the serious side that's really sad. 1) he's totally smashed, 2) he tried hitting a woman, and 3) all this happens in front of children.

They should both be jailed for acting like animals in front of children. Then we wonder why we have such violent children in society. They learn what they see and when something happens to them that is what they respond with. This is a pathetic display of stupidity and criminal nature.
I could not tell for sure, but it appeared to be a woman beating a man. I am sure that he deserved what ever he got, I just do not condone that.
