Since you have a '95 as do I, you may need to have the EPS unit replaced. Mine would work for a while with the fuse trick, only to repeat the problem.This is covered under a TSB and should not cost you anything. Mine was done a couple of years ago by the dealer and it has been fine since.TSB info
