He had the exhaust I purchased from him boxed and shipped the next day (confirmed via tracking number). This was impressive. A lot of people like to drag their feet it seems with large items that are a bit tricky to pack.
Speaking of packing. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to bubble-wrap the entire thing, double-box the tips, and tape the outer box up well. It is easy to get lazy with that type of thing.
