Enkie wheels/Sumitomo tires

I have a set of enkie wheels, I think they are MX model, look like EVO'S without the wide lip, and htrz tires with about 200 miles on them. Fronts are 215/35-17 and rears are 285/35-18 I bought tires with intention ofreplacing wheels with 17/18 EVO'S, then found out the 17 EVO'S where a ten hole design so I bought new 18/19 combo. Would like to get $1000 for them. also have lugs and the front spacers. Wheels could use the centers refinished to be perfect. If your in C. Fla you can come look at them if needed. I was hoping you could answer the following questions...
1. what's the front/rear offset?
2. are they chrome?
Also, are you willing to negotiate any on the price?

not sure of the offset. the fronts had spacers on them , no spacers on the rear. the rim lips are polished and coated and centers look to be painted. the wheels could use some refinishing, but tires are pretty much new. make me an offer!
