It's a good thing the TB's have tensioners or you'd see a lot more waterpump replacements too. Replacing the bearing in the pulley is very easy. Take the pulley to a good auto part store and they'll be able to match the bearing. Just knock it out and gently hammer the new one in (the bearing should have one side covered by a flat seal - that side should face to the outside).
