Its easy to remove the AC belt and/or the idler pulley.  I've done it as part of the TB replacement.  When the snow clears, stop by.  :-)


In an old posting it was noted that NTN part number 6203LLBC3/2AS is an $8 bearing that fits - a great deal compared to $80 for a new idler pulley assembly.
