Engine Torque Damper

Who's got opinion on whether Engine Torque Damper is worth the effort for an NA car that sees a good bit of track duty. Thanks for the responses.

interesting when you link a search page the link has a short active life So to the op pop engine torque damper into the search bar upper right.

thanks guys. clearly, there could be a system that would do something and looks like this one might be different, but after reading the threads, the other ones don't seem to make sense.
