The 95-96 ecu will accept a 3-3.2 swap both are throttle by wire.You will need to deal with the air pump system used on the newer 3.2 motors.I have heard of 3.2's going into 91-94 cars you just need to deal with the ecu throttle issues.Mounts are all the same.
