engine cradle fixture needed?

I'm just starting to drop the engine on my nsx. Is it worth the money to buy the cradle to lower the engine with? What do most shops use?

You can use a furniture dolly or a table.

BTW, I used a furniture doll I bought at Harbor Freight as my engine dolly.
