Engine Cover Removal

Does anyone know any problems you may run into if you run your car with the engine cover removed?? (ie, louder in cab, oil splash,etc...??)

I removed my cover to make my detailed engine visible. You'll definitely hear a lot more of your engine though. I've driven mine this way for several years with no adverse effects. Some prefer to have a rubber seal along the hatch to keep the hatch glass real snug but there's enough cushion to keep the hatch in place without the engine cover. Give it a try for a while and see how you like it.
