Well...I've tinted the windows on my NSX, addded a nice set of 17"/18" Antera 309's (with Bridgestone S03's) and have just had Barnman install my new Taitec GT Lightweight exhaust (which sounds fabulous by the way).

Now I'm ready to brighten up my engine compartment a bit with perhaps a polished coolant tank, polished injector covers, a polished engine cover plate, etc., but would love to see some pictures of other people's engine compartments first to get a better idea on which way to go.

Could you guys please post a picture or two of your engines? Thanks!

here you go .........

Here's a nice accessory to jazz up the engine compartment.

Alient, I prefer the accessories in this picture - are they available mail order?
How are they attached - by 3M double-sided tape a la WW (between the finger-tips & fenders)? Do they stay on at speed?
Is there any imbalance by having 2 attached on the passenger side fender - or is that to balance the load of the driver?

Most of these parts were given to me by a friend of mine who couldn't use them due to a supercharger install. Aside from buying the fuse box cover and coolant bottle, it's hard to put a value on these items since they were custom made. Many parts were polished and chromed by a local shop.

From left to right, the fuse box cover is from Dali Racing and the coolant bottle is from RM racing. I cut out a piece of aluminum, had it polished and it now covers the throttle body. The strut bar was chromed. The fuel injector covers were custom made and polished. The intake manifold was also polished. The intake manifold cover was chromed and the raised letters painted with blue enamel paint. The alternator was taken apart and polished. The alternator belt cover is chromed as well as the two pieces forward of the alternator. The cooling fan that sits on the passenger side is also polished but not visible in the picture.
