Can anyone comment on if the addition if Headers will cause issues with emissions on an 03 NSX (in Ontario)? The reason I ask is my previous car was an 04 Z car. I did quite a bit of performance mods and never had issues with it when it came to emissions (my only non-Honda car). My experience with all my other Hondas (90s SiR and 99 Prelude) is that it can be an issue. Both cars had headers, and exhaust work done (Cat in for Civic and high flow Cat for prelude). The prelude used to barely pass (had throttle body, intake manifold changed too) and the civic...let's just say I knew people and now they are no longer able to help me. There are a few I can go to through some of the performance shops I deal with but they cost an arm and a leg. Given the fact I'm showing up in an NSX it may cost me my nuts too!

I've had 2 NSX's... on my old '91 I did Comptech headers + RM intake + Ark Exhaust DT-X with stock Cats way back in '03ish timeframe & never had any issues passing Ont emissions or inspections.

On to my 2nd NSX now and have had it for about 4yrs... I should also add the newer OBB II cars are a lot tighter when it comes to emissions with addition of things like air injection, spark plug misfire detection etc. Current setup is Comptech headers, Uni filter Drop in, Ark Exhaust, SOS S/C intercooled, running stock Cats and I just passed last month with flying colours.

I doubt you will have a problem passing on a stock car with Headers + Intake + Exhaust with stock cats.
