emails outlook express

Does anyone know of any software that works with outlook so I can send pictures on emails. Not as attachments

I don't know what version of Outlook you have, but I'm running 2000 SR-1. If I want images in my email, I simply go to "Format" and choose the HTML format. Then under the "Insert" menu there's a "picture" option where I can choose any image I want to show up in my email.
