I'm wondering if the EGR valve and pipe on an NSX needs maintenance, and what problems if any, owners have had. My car is a 1992 with 128K miles.
My 2000 TL 135K miles, started giving CEL, with code P401 (EGR insufficient flow). I looked into some procedures for cleaning the EGR on the TL, that involve removing the intake manifold, and cleaning that along with the EGR valve and pipe.
It looks like the EGR valve and pipe are fairly assessable on the 92 NSX. Has anyone done this on the NSX, and if they have any recommendations about this.
