Yes ECU is behind the passenger seat. The trim pieces covering it just clip in place. Push up on the trim piece running the width of the cockpit underneath the partition glass. Then pull out on the rectangular panel behind the passenger seat (it's easiest to start at one corner and work around). Be careful so you don't damage any of the clips.
