I've heard that the US distributor will not be getting these due to some sort of dispute over royalties. Ebbro themselves are not allowed to ship any Honda models to the USA.

I've received an e-mail from the Ebbro distributor informing all Ebbro retailers that they are subject to litigation for selling these models in the United States. They are also subject to having the models confiscated if they try to import them privately from overseas. All because of licensing ...
