what happened to being able to search by city on ebay??

i like knowing that the item im buying is in my city or near ..makes me more comfortable...

am i tripping or is searching by city/region no longer an option??

When browsing a category, you should see a link called "Customize options displayed above" (It’s on the left pane, usually below Search Options). Click Customize, to view the "Customize Search Options" screen. Add "Items near Me" to "Options you want displayed" by clicking the right arrow buton. Click the "Save" button.

okay, i guess that'll just have to do...but i did like the option of searching is just your area..
