Dyno Days in San Diego

Looks like an opportunity to get a base-line before doing any mods. What time?

Count me in! I just got my Comptech SC put on today. I'm going to go to the dyno I did the baseline run on to get an acurate before and after reading. But two more dyno runs wouldn't hurt.

This looks interesting!

Gene, how do you feel with the Comtech Supercharged; any differences compare to the Basch Supercharged?

Gene, can you deal with Brad's 996TT with this set up? I remember how well you kept up last time around with the Basch Supercharged.

What are you getting, Sunny?

Welcome to SD!

I was thinking a nice late model Monaco Blue Pearl NSX, or maybe settle for a late model XJR (daily car) and set my sights on something super exotic (weekend car), but first things first, I need to find a nice apt near the office. Once I settle in after a month or two, I can begin to scheme for real. :) I'd like to be rd by late Jan around my B-day, but it may wait until Feb or even Mar before I trade in my beater (no equity in it, its time for a change).

What type of dyno are they using?
I think I read somewhere on their site that they are using DynoJets. Could be wrong though.

Is there anymore info. on this happening or are we still in the dark?

My friend who set this event up just informed me that The Dyno Shop only does Dyno Days for "Car Clubs" and they don't conceder Corvette Forum.com and NSXPrime.com car clubs. Soooo
that means the event is called off. They lose: 20 cars x $40=$800
no matter if we are car clubs are not.

Sorry guys, I was really looking forward dynoing my car.

A business that turns down money and customers??

I do it all the time :D

If you guys want to set up a Dyno Day in San Diego on a Saturday between now and October (like the 27th say) w/ 2 pulls for $40.00; PRIVATE ME. I'll forget to come back here. The unit we would use is a DynoMax (loaded rollers instead of a weighted drum stlye like the DynoJet)
