Dumb Question about the antenna

Hello all!

THis is probably a dumb question, but when I was reading the section on the Smartenna, it mentions its use with a CD player. Is the "CD player" mentioned in the website the same as an audio system with the CD CHANGER? Or is it something different?

It's the optional trunk-mounted CD player that hooks into the factory stereo in the dash.
