OH GOD!!! I hope this isn't real. If it is....hahahaa I got tears in my eyes now laughing at this stupid scene. 
It's from the Comedy Central show Reno 911........awesome show, by the way.

Of course it is from Reno 911 - but it is still funny as all heXX. And speaking from personal experience, people do funny stuff like that on DUI stops all the time. If it wewre real, I would love to take that case to trial - the laugh factor would be too much for anyone to convict that cowboy.
