don't be so sure, this little offense in which he is not incarcerated nor fined heavily may be just what his marketers wanted and needed-publicity ,and an edge for a pitch man that no one cared about and who had run his course.They may get somemore mileage out of him,plus give him some street cred if you know what I mean.Just another perspective.
