Great racing video...it's no wonder Kip holds the track record! 145mph+ into turn1 and 80mph down the Crow's Nest is blazing fast especially when you've got a 700hp Mustang on your rear. Definitely for the adrenaline junkie only:smile:

I like the telemetry, but I wish it synced up with the video better. Any chance of listening to the pit communication?

Sounds great! Not too loud at all. I guess the dual burns muffler does a good job keeping the decibels down. :biggrin:

Kip was pretty much driving a tow truck towing a whole line of race cars. No challenger. No peers. And what is that sound that was like the Indiana Jones' whip? I gather it was the sound of Kip whipping the rest of the drivers.:biggrin:
Great driving and great race car! What else would you expect from the masters? I turned off the video halfway not realizing the clutch failure later on.

Hi, Best lap time on dot tires were 1:30.3 I believe. I finally broke into the 1:29's in the super production class. Shad and I are working on different wheels that would accomodate larger tires. The 225's up front are nearing the limits. Shad says that there is still more time in the car and I just need to SACK UP, BE A MAN AND DRIVE THE CAR! I guess I need to work more on the driver! Kip
I was wondering the same thing about the "whip" sound. Is that the turbo engaging? Thanks for posting this loooong video. Can't get enough NSX track cam video feed.
That is the blow off valve for the turbo.
Ah, thanks for clarifying that. Guess you can tell my personal experience is in naturally aspirated cars, not FI.
