I vaccumed my carpets this morning and the seats won't go all the way back. It's stuck in the middle. Motor runs normal. What went wrong?

Did you vacuum underneath the seats as well?
Perhaps you accidentally disconnect the seats from the motors or otherwise damaged the wiring. Take a flashlight (and perhaps a small mirror) and take a good look under the seat.
For comparison you can take a look under the passenger's seat to compare if you like.

The motor runs normal although it does not go all the way to the back. It stops half way.

Make sure there isn't anything stuck on the track like coins. Take the seats out and inspect them. Only 4 bolts to remove the seats. Very easy.

But be careful to not scratch the interior. Use a towel to protect center console and door scuff panel.

^^^^ Ditto!!

When I removed my seats to replace the leather, I found TWO metal pens jammed in the passenger seat rails. I never knew the seat went back further. The original owner must have lost them years ago. The design of the rails aids in catching things and stopping the seat. It was nice to gain 2 inches of leg room.

I have the same feeling as you. I'll disassemble it this weekend after our meet. Thanks and i'll keep you posted.
